Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with G. Marie's Formal Boutique! We know you're often shopping for an important event, so we work hard to prepare and ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed during our regular business days. Please allow time for your order to be prepared, inspected, packaged, and transferred to the shipping carrier.

Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or outside regular business hours will begin processing on the next available business day.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates and available shipping options will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information using the contact information provided with your order.

Please remember that estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and delays are outside of G. Marie's control.

Need Your Dress by a Certain Date?

If you're ordering for prom, pageant, homecoming, a wedding, or another special event, please allow plenty of time for shipping.

If your event is approaching quickly, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing your order so we can help determine whether your item can reasonably arrive in time.

G. Marie's cannot guarantee delivery by an event date unless specifically confirmed by a member of our staff.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please double-check your address before submitting your order. G. Marie's is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly because of an inaccurate or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to correct the address if the order has not already shipped.

Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages

Once tracking shows that an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, G. Marie's is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or packages marked as delivered.

If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking information. We will be happy to provide any information we have that may assist you with your claim.

Special Occasion Merchandise

Please remember that all special occasion merchandise is FINAL SALE, including items purchased online and shipped to you.

We strongly encourage customers to contact us with questions regarding sizing, color, fit, or merchandise details before placing an order.
